Retailers turned stores into innovation hubs in 2019

Many retailers focused on in-store innovation and creating new experiences in 2019, including Nike, which integrated the digital shopping experience into its New York City flagship. Starbucks incorporated theatrical elements into its Reserve Roastery stores, and others including MUJI, Nike and RH created one-of-a-kind retail experiences.
