Samuel Cho is the principal broker of the firm. A seasoned high tech executive of over 20 years, including as VP of Napster, Cobalt Networks, and Wells Fargo on-line Banking. A CA licensed real estate broker since 1985, a Certified Property Manager, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and certified CBA instructor. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).

Samuel holds a BS degree in management, MBA, and is a PhD. candidate in organizational leadership. Samuel taught risk management as adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University for 2 years.  Formerly,  Samuel served as a member of the board of governors of Commercial Brokers Association in Tri-Valley.
